Little Lucía.

Natalia Criado Colombian creative-designer was born in 1984. As a child
she begins to collect all kind of tiny objects in her grand pas trunk of
memories, what later on will come to be her inspiration for Little Lucia.

After finishing her studies in Industrial Design at Milano Italy, Natalia
Criado went back to her home town in Bogota-Colombia, were she found
herself inspired by memories,traditions, colors and materials. In 2007 she
opens her own design studio called ¨Orto¨ which in Italian means orchard,
so she cultivates ideas that grow and bloom into creative concepts. Taking
part on different events in Bogota, Milan and Tokyo she found a wide
variety of public amazed by her work.

Little Lucia is a jewelry brand founded on 2009. Ll born with
the idea of taking piñata party and tiny elements to turn them into lovely
and quirky Jewelry with a little touch of elegance perfect to compliment
outfits and give them a playful twist.


A delicate mix of materials combine with gold, silver, crystals and
pearls; plus an insightful meaning that everyone found in Little Lucia, a
moment, a memory, a poem is what makes it special.

Milano Fashion Week: JIL SANDER, spring-summer 2011




As the men spring-summer collection, Neon colors apperared one again for women collection 2011. Sinmplicity and elegance caracterized this collection. Silhouettes were very wide at the hips high, doing like a maxi baggy pants and skirts.

Milano Fashion Week: VERSACE, spring-summer 2011




Minimal mood was seen at VERSACE latest collection. Structure dresses in different colors, specially whites made of this collection different of the typical Versace style. However line and greco-roman prints appeared in some dresses during the show. Silhouettes were thight.

Milano Fashion Week: D&G, spring-summer 2011




"Flowers", that's the main idea Domenico Dolce and Steffano Gabbana propose for the next summer. Most of the pieces were made of flower prints fabrics and a little bit of squares. The silhouettes were very loose this time, 70's and 50's definitly!. Country mood was also very important during this show.

Milano Fashion Week: GUCCI, spring-summer 2011



Yes!, Milano Fashion week started today with this gorgeous runway show from GUCCI. Ethnic and africanism mood were shown on the clothes models wore, however there was a kind of zafari mood too. Frida Giannini used happy colors at the begining of the show, then neutral and basic colors appeared, finishing with a very sophisticated black; on loose silhouettes at the hips high and tight silhouettes on the legs.

Paul Smith is one of my favorite designers, so I can not avoid talking about his magnificent collection he presented yesterday at London Fashion Week 2011. Loose masculin silhouettes were shown during the runway, where baggy pants, masculin shirts and vests, and oxford mood shoes took the attention of all the international press and VIP guests
