BIMBA & LOLA + TOT

 

bimba & lola  fall - winter collection 2012/13 was released next to a wonderful exposition of one of the most important artists in Colombia "TOT". The spanish brand wanted to involve art and fashion as part of its philosophy. Twenty-five mannequins were dressed with the latest bimba & lola collection inspired by tribalism, Africa, and a touch of seventies inspiration; loose silhouettes and light colors can be found in different materials such as leather, cloth, silk, and cotton. My favorite pieces were the necklaces with a very ethnic influence, leather bags in happy tones such as yellow and orange are also wonderful pieces for this season.  Fashion experts, editors, bloggers, and special customers were invited to a wonderful cocktail sponsored by the wine label Undurraga, and of course excellent music provided by "Los imperiales" made of this event a perfect combination between Fashion Music, and Art.
