Beatriz Camacho always suprises me every time she presents a new collection. I missed her in Colombiamoda this year, but fortunately she presented her spring - summer collection 2013 during Cali Exposhow 2012 for the opening day. Loose fabrics with geometrical prints in marvellous colors made everybody dream during this expectacular show; Beatriz seems to increas her creativity level every season. Straight silhouettes inspired by the twenties could be seen in long and short dresses, skirts, and shirts; most of them didn´t have necklines, Beatriz didn´t want skin was seen on most of her garments. Art Deco prints where mixed up with tribal ones making unexpected matches on the styling which was fantastic too; earth palette, royal blue, orange, green, and touches of red; also made a perfect combination with the metallic fabrics of the last dresses. Maxi Accesories also in metallic colors put the barroque mood over every single garment, high gladiator sandals were my favorite complement during the show.
